It has become critical for businesses and home users to have up-to-date firewall,
Anti-Virus, and Anti-Spyware systems in-place to prevent the theft of personal or client

- DO NOT open email from unknown senders unless the Subject Line pertains to
something you are interested in.
- Order cautiously over the internet. If it doesn't feel right, more than likely something is fishy.
- Never respond to emails phishing for information. They usually say, "Respond immediatly or
your account will be deactivated."
- Enable Windows Update to automatically run and install new critical updates.
- Update AntiVirus and AntiSpyware software weekly.
- Run AntiVirus and AntiSpyware software as frequently as possible.
