Why are we in this business?
Our expertise lies in developing computer software and providing excellent service. Creating software that functions EXACTLY the way our customers request really excites us. We have observed other consulting companies only wanting to squeeze out another hour and not really caring about the service they are providing. Allen founded NIS with the sole intent on creating a place where employees were excited about what they were doing and the customers are being provided the best possible service. When this happens, the client, employee, and company all benefit. We feel this is unique. Our staff all share the belief that the best way to succeed is to provide incredible customer service.
We believe companies can keep their costs down by enhancing existing software instead of replacing it every few years.When a company decides to purchase software, a tremendous amount of thought is put into that purchase. However, sometimes the software does not meet our full expectations. After some time has passed, this dissatisfaction can lead to the purchase of yet another software solution also not meeting our full expectation and the cycle starts over again. It is very unlikely that any canned software package will ever meet all of our needs.

At a recent client, we were asked to update their existing software using more modern techniques. The functionality of the software was greatly improved, making it easier for the user to perform his/her job as well as maintaining more accurate and valuable data. This eliminated the need for the user to call MIS to fix data problems.
